Reduced Goods Policy
If, within 10 days of buying something from us you then see the same goods being offered at a lower price on our website or in our catalogue, you may request a credit to the value of the difference. This may be used against a future full price purchase.
The rules:
1. The item in question must have been purchased no more than 10 days prior to the new reduction, and must have been a mail order transaction.
2. This does not apply to Big Back Bedroom goods, which are continually reduced in price, their availability often reflected in the price.
3. The credit is only valid against future full price Linen Press goods and cannot be used in conjuction with any other offer.
4. The credit must not exceed 55% of the total price of the new order.
5. The credit is valid for 6 months.
6. The amount of the credit is calculated by deducting the latest reduced price from the price originally charged, excluding any postage and delivery charges.
7. Discounts may not be backdated.
Offers policy
Offers made via brochure, magazine and email can only be used for mail order transactions.
